Jennifer
Diedrich, Director
Jennifer Diedrich is a Suzuki Violin, Viola instructor and Registered
Suzuki Teacher. She has 25 years of experience in violin performance
and instruction. Jennifer received a degree in Human Development
from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she was also an
intercollegiate tennis player. Growing up in DeKalb, Illinois,
Jennifer studied violin and viola with Arthur Montzka as well
as the Vemeer Quartet at Northern Illinois University. She has
performed with community orchestras and is currently a member

Catherine
McGlasson, Consultant
Catherine McGlasson has relocated to Kingsport, Tennessee. She lived in St. Petersburg, Florida from 2001 until 2007. She is a former resident of Lexington, Kentucky where she was a violinist in the University of Kentucky Collegium Misicum. The Center for Old Music in the New World, the Christ Church Cathedral Chamber Players and the Lexington Philharmonic Orchestra, She has taught Suzuki violin in the U.S., Canada and France. While in St. Petersburg, Cathy formed a private violin studio, and played with the Florida West Coast Symphony as well as being an active recitalist. She received her Bachelor and Master degrees from the University of Kentucky and studied with Shinichi Suzuki in 1976 in Matsumoto, Japan.
